Fruit Crisp

- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 C oatmeal
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C margarine
Chicken (Pulled Pork) Taco Casserole

Step 1 Set the oven to 350°F
- 4 cups shredded cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast or pulled pork
- 2 cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 envelope (about 1 ounce) reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces tortilla chips, crushed (about 5 cups crushed)
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size
- ■5 pounds Russet Or Yukon Gold Potatoes
- ■3/4 cups Butter
- ■1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
- ■1/2 cup (to 3/4 Cups) Half-and-Half
- ■1/2 teaspoon (to 1 Teaspoon) Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- ■1/2 teaspoon (to 1 Teaspoon) Black Pepper
Lasagna Soup

Easy and good... try with hot and spicy turkey sausage
- Kosher salt
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces (about 10 noodles)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, plus thinly sliced leaves for topping
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus more for sprinkling, optional)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- Ricotta cheese, for topping
Sloppy Joes

Combine ground beef, onion, and celery in pan and cook until no longer pink
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup finely-chopped onion
- ¼ cup finely-chopped celery
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne
Peg's Garlic Olives

Combin all ingredients in Ziplock bag
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
- 2 cans (7oz) pitted ripe California olives (drained)
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 Bay leaves
- Dash crushed hot peppers
Greek Dip, Layered

Like the Mexican layered dip, but Greek
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t dried Italian seasonings
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 C Hummus
- 1 C cucumber, chopped
- 1 C tomato, chopped
- 1/2 C Pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 C sliced green onions
- Pita Chips or tortilla chips
Buckeyes

Mix together; refrigerate 1-2 hours to chill thoroughly
- 3 cups powder sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups peanut butter
Breadfruit

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Middle Eastern Chicken Kebobs

Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 35 Minutes, plus 8 hours to marinate
- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (reduce to 1/2 teaspoon if you don't like heat)
- Zest from one lemon
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
- 1-3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts), trimmed of any excess fat and cut into large bite-sized pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- Vegetable oil, for greasing the grill
