Oven-braised beef short ribs

Heat oven to 325. Spray 12 in nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray
- 3 1/2 -4 lbs bef short ribs
- 1 can(14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup Zinfandel wine or cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp drien thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic-pepper blend
- 2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 medium onion halved, thinly sliced
French Onion Soup

In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, melt butter
- 1/4 cup butter cubed
- 4 Large Onions
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 can reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 cans Condensed French Onion Soup
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 9 Slices French Bread
- 9 Tbsp Shredded moz. cheese
Wild Rice Chowder

in large sauce pan cook bacon until crisp
- 8 bacon strips diced
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups cubed american cheese
Cheese Ball

mix all ingredients together and from into a ball
- 2 - 8 0z cream cheese( softened)
- 2 pkg ham thin sliced
- 2 green onions( chopped)
- 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash salt
- powder sugar
- use 1 cup milk
Bread dough caramel rolls

- Frozen bread dough ( thawed)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pkg butterscoth pudding
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
French Dip Sandwiches

1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 large Onion
- 1 3/4 cup Progresso beef-flavored broth
- 1 boneless beef rump roast trimmed of fat
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pkg 0.7 oz italian dressing mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 12 hoagie buns
- 12 sciles provolone cheese cut in half
Frozen Cream Corn

- 25 Cups Corn
- 2 Pints 1/2 & 1/2
- 1 lb Butter
