- 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Southwestern Soup Recipe

In a Dutch oven, combine the first nine ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 4 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) Progresso ® Chicken Broth
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 to 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips, optional

In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups crushed peanut butter cream-filled sandwich cookies (about 18 cookies)
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
