Dragon Breath Chili

In large stock pot over high heat, add butter and oil
- oil to cover bottom of large pot

- 1 lb boneless chuck
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground sweet italian sausage
- 1 head garlic - minced
- 2 tsp granulated onion
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 5 jalepenos (3 with seeds, 2 without)
- 3 onions - diced
- 2 tbs chili powder
- 2 tsp hot paprika
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 29oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 15 oz can red kidney beans with juice (goya)
Stuffing

This stuffing is usually used to stuff the Thanksgiving Turkey, but can be used year round
- 1 package of unseasoned stuffing
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 C chicken stock
- 2 chopped onions
- water to add as needed
Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Toss the shrimp in a medium bowl with salt and red pepper flakes
- 1 lb large shrimp - pre-cooked, peeled, deveined
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium onion - sliced
- 1 14.5 oz can diced jalepeno tomatoes
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Beat egg and keep in separate bowl
- 1 cup pre-cooked chicken (can be replaced with steak)
- 4 cups pre-cooked white long grain rice
- 1 egg
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup carrots
- 12 stalks of scallions
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp oyster sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic powder (if desired)

- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Cups water
- 3/4 Cups freshly squeeze lemon juice (no pits/pulp - 9-10 lemons)
- 3/4 Cups frozen raspberries (food processed add water to help get juice)
- 3/4 Cups fresh squeezed orange juice (no puts/pulp 3-4 oranges)
Pizza Dough

- 1 Cup + 2 tbs warm water
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Cups bread flour
- 2 tsp yeast
Carmelized Onions
