  • 4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 sticks of unsweetened butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt chocolate and butter in a pot on low flame. Stir constantly. Remove from heat when completely melted. Put in bowl.

Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and salt together in bowl with chocolate. Mix well with electric mixer.

Put parchment paper in 9X14 pan, spray with pam and dust lightly with flour. Pour batter into pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Check brownies with stick to make sure it comes up clean. Leave at 2-3 minute increments until stick comes up clean. Remove immediately.

** This recipe produces a VERY gooey brownie; follow these steps for optimum results
- let cool completely in pan

- cut into squares

- put in fridge for atleast 1 hour

- remove and let come to room temperature then serve
