Homemade Biscuits - Only the Best

When I was a child I loved heat and serve rolls
- Ingredients:

- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tablespoons butter or shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 about 3/4 cup milk
Gingerbread Men Cookies

Gingerbread Men: In a large bowl, sift or whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and spices
- Ginger Bread Men:
- 3 cups (390 grams) all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) unsulphured molasses
- Note: To prevent the molasses from sticking to the measuring cup, first spray the cup with a non stick vegetable spray (like Pam).
- Confectioners Frosting:
- 2 cups (230 grams) confectioners sugar (icing or powdered sugar), sifted
- 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk or light cream
- Assorted food colors (if desired)
Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 3/4 cups sifted cake flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree made from frozen sweetened strawberries
Perfect Pumpkin Pie

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Cornbread

- 3/4 ¾ cup brown sugar (if can’t get, use 2 cups of reg)

- • 3 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- • 1 medium sweet onion, (half diced, half thinly sliced), divided
- • 8 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- • 1 tablespoon onion powder
- • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
- • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- • 1 cup low-fat milk
- • 3 tablespoons dry sherry, (see Ingredient Note)
- • 1 pound frozen French-cut green beans, (about 4 cups)
- • 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- • 3 tablespoons buttermilk powder, (see Ingredient Note)
- • 1 teaspoon paprika
- • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
