CATHY'S PIE DOUGH

In a food processor, combine flour, salt and sugar; pulse to combine
- 1 1/2 c unbleached flour
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces & put in freezer for 30 minutes
- 1/2 c Crisco shortening, cut into pieces & put in freezer for 30 min
- 2 t vinegar
- 1/4 c + ice cold water
MEATLOAF

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
PAIN FREE ASPARAGUS WITH PINE NUTS AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 2 T pine nuts, toasted
- 3 T butter
- 1 t balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
TEXAS PECAN PIE

MAM-MAS PECAN PIE
- 10 Eggs
- 2 c white sugar
- 12 T melted butter - 1 1/2 sticks
- 3 c white corn syrup
- 1 t salt
- 3 t vanilla
- 3 c chopped pecans
- 1-2 t yellow food color
SPINACH DIP

Thaw spinach, squeeze all the water out of the spinach
- 2 small boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 bags of dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small jar chopped marinated
- artichoke hearts
- 1 cup helmans mayo
- 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 hawaiian round bread
