In a food processor, combine flour, salt and sugar; pulse to combine

  • 1 1/2 c unbleached flour
  • 1 c all purpose flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces & put in freezer for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 c Crisco shortening, cut into pieces & put in freezer for 30 min
  • 2 t vinegar
  • 1/4 c + ice cold water
