- 2 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 lb total)

- 2 32- ounce(s) (8 cups) containers low-sodium chicken broth

Pan-Seared Shrimp with Garlic-Lemon Butter

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Smoked Italian Sausage Hoagie

Special equipment: a smoker box and metal or wooden skewers
- 2 About 2 cups applewood chips for smoking, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
