Garlic Sauce

In a med bowl, combine all ingredients and whip together by hand or hand held blender
- 1 container (6 oz) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- chopped fresh dill (optional)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pep
BBQ Beef & Mashed Potato Pie

Place the potatoes in a pot
- 2 pound(s) Yukon gold or white potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-in. pieces
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup(s) ketchup
- 2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) molasses

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 grams of bittersweet Belgian chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter (pref. organic or European)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar (preferably organic raw or fine white sugar is okay)
- 2 Organic eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder(Dutch processed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cake flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Cherry Tomato Bruschetta

Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high
- 1 loaf (10 oz) Italian bread, trimmed and cut into 16 pieces (each about 1/2 inch thick)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped, plus small leaves, for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, halved lengthwise
- 1 1/2 pounds heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Potato Hash

Pierce both potatoes a few times, put in the microwave and cook on high until cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes
- 1 russet potato, scrubbed
- 1 sweet potato, scrubbed
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped yellow squash
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 red onion, chopped

Breakfast Quesadillas

Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp
- 1 pound thin bacon
- Butter, for the pan
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 8 large eggs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Cheddar
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 whole-wheat tortillas

- 3 cups rice cereal squares, such as Chex
- 2 cups coarsely chopped dried apples
- 1 1/2 cups mini vanilla cookie wafers

- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar

- 1 ½ cups dried cannelini beans
- Sprig fresh sage finely chopped
- Sprig fresh rosemary finely chopped
