Momma Z's Tourtierre

Great for Christmas!
- 1/2 lb raw minced Pork
- 1/2 lb raw minced Beef
- 1 small Onion, minced
- 1 small Garlic Clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Savory
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Cloves
- 1/4 cup water
Shrimp Pasta Salad

Perfect for a crowd
- 1 16oz pkg small Shell Pasta
- 1 10oz pkg frozen cooked Shrimp, thawed
- 1/2 c chopped Celery
- 1/2 c chopped Onion, divided
- 2 hard-cooked Eggs, chopped, divided
- 1/4 c minced fresh Parsley
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 /c c Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped Dill Pickle or Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
Stroganoff Meatballs

Great for buffets. I usually double the recipe and keep warm in a slow cooker
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 c Bread Crumbs
- 1 c Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 c Water
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c Instant Beef in a Mug Soup
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 c Water
- 10 oz sliced Mushrooms
- 10 oz condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tsp dry Parsley Flakes
- 2 c Sour Cream
Boston Clam Chowder

In dutch oven, fry bacon, onion, celery, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in butter
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups raw potatoes, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of basil
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cans baby clams
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Momma Z's Never Fail Pie Crust

This is the flakiest pie crust you will ever try and is very easy to make!
- 4 c Flour
- 1 lb Shortening
- 1 c Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
Chicken Roulades Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Basil & Sundried Tomatoes

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs total), rinsed and patted dry
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)
Baked Chicken with Herbs, Garlic & Shallots

Heat the oven to 425 F. Cut away any excess fat and tuck the wings behind each breast
- 1 3 1/2 to 4 lb chicken, quartered
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 medium shallots, cut in half & peeled
- 8 large garlic cloves, peeled
- Leaves stripped from 10 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Leaves stripped from 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
