Pizza Dough

In a sm. bowl, stir the yeast into warm water
- 1 Pkg. Active Dry Yeast
- 1 C. Warm Water
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 31/2-4 C. All-Purpose Flour
Raspberry Lemonade

Make a simple syrup by combining the sugar with 1 C
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Water
- 3/4 C. Raspberries; pureed & pushed through a fine mesh sieve; plus more whole berries for garnish if desired
- 1 C. Fresh Lemon Juice (approx. 8 lemons)
- 4-6 C. Cold Water (this will vary depending on your taste)
Pizza Buns

Combine all ingredients. Spread on bun halves; broil on high in oven till cheese is melted
- 1/2 lb. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 C. Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 Med. Onion, chopped
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Stuffed Zucchini

Preheat oven to 400. Place zucchini on cookie sheet
- 2 Lg. Zucchini, halved & cored
- 1 lb. Cooked Ground Beef
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil or Oregano, chopped
- 3/4 C. Havarti Cheese with Tomato & Basil
- 3/4 C. Feta Cheese
- Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta, adding spinach to boiling water for last 1 min
- 11/2 C. Penne Pasta, uncooked
- 1 Pkg. Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 11/2 C. Pasta Sauce
- 12/3 C. ( 1/2 of 796 ml can ) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 C. Philadelphia cream Cheese Spread
- 1 C. Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Grated Cheese
Classic Caesar Salad

Toast bread cubes in 1/4 C
- 3 C. White Bread Cubes, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Each Kosher Salt, Freshly Groun Black Pepper, Dried Basil & Paprika
- 1/2 C. Parmesan, shredded
- 1/4 C. Fresh Lemon Juice, strained
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Anchovy Paste
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 C. Olive Oil
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce, chopped ( about 12 C. ) Shaved Parmesan
Prawns With Lemon, Chili, Garlic & Feta

- 12 Long Wooden Skewers, soaked in water for 30 min.
- 36 Lg. Tiger Prawns, uncooked with heads removed
- 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled & crushed
- 1 Lg. Chili, de-seeded & finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Zest & Juice of 2 Lemons
- 1 Sm. Bunch Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley
- 150 g Greek Feta, crumbled

- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 15-oz. Carton Ricotta Cheese
- 1 C. Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded
- 1 C. Snipped Fresh Basil
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 C. Chicken Broth
- 1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour
- 2 C. Light Cream
- 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
