Chipotle Chicken Chili

- 1/2 cup cooked diced ham
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped mild green chiles
- finely chopped jalapeno peppers, to taste, optional
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1-lb) round loaf crusty bread
- 6 cups Cheddar

The Garden's Baked Fudge

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees, beat eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa and salt until well blended
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c unsifted flour
- 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 c melted butter (it can be softened - doesn't have to be melted)
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- 2 T vanilla
- cool whip or whipped topping
