Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini with Mushrooms

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 10 ounces of mushrooms (I buy 16 oz container sliced)
- 1 bag (8 oz) Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini (I buy the bigger package)
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed (I buy it in a jar minced)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Italian parsley
