- 80 grams light brown sugar (1/2 cup packed)
- 2 grams salt (1/4 teaspoon)

- 5 grams vanilla (1 teaspoon)
- 225 grams bittersweet chocolate (8 ounces), cut in 1-inch pieces (or use coins)
