Strawberry Fields Salad

- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
- White Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1-2 cups whipping cream

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- FILLING:
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 4 cups milk
- 3 pgs instant vanilla pudding

- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Frozen Toblerone Mousse Squares

Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap lined 9 inch square pan
- 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 bars (100 gr each) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, divided
- 2 tubs Cream Cheese Spead
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip
Bran Muffins

Pour boiling water over All Bran and raisins
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups all bran
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 litre buttermilk
- 3 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups flour
- 4 cups 40% bran flakes
- 1/4 cup molasses
- nutmeg to taste
Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Combine the jam, water, vinegar, walnut oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp walnut oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup canola oil
