- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp hot dry mustard
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Lilian's Papriki Kash

Brown meat. Remove. Saute onion, green pepper, paprika; ~ add meat
- 3 lb chicken beef or veal
- 2 large onions
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 H2O
Cranberry Walnut Brie

Dress this up with kumquats, fresh cranberries and walnuts or a selection of fruit
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) frozen cranberry juice concentrate thawed
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Port or water
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) coarsly chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 round (8 oz/250 g) Brie cheese
Sangria Spritzer Cocktail

Rachael Ray's sangria is quick, easy and oh so delicious!
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 orange sliced
- A good shot of brandy
- 5-6 oz. Rioja wine
- Splash lemon-lime club soda
Crabmeat Cocktail

- 2-3 Cans crab meat drained
- 2-3 cans cocktail shrimp - washed and drained
- 2 small onions finely chopped
- 1 green pepper finely chopped
- 2-3 stalks of clover finely chopped
- ketchup
- cocktail sauce
- worchestar sauce
- horseradish
Smoked Salmons Spread

This is tasty mounded on baguette slices, endive spears or cucumber squares
- 6 oz (175 g) smoked salmon
- 1 stalk celery heart
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) each light sour cream and light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp (50 ml) finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp/2 ml dried dillweed)
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) finely grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
- pinch salt
- dash hot pepper sauce
Creamy Artichoke and Leek Dip

Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 F (180 C)
- 1 cup (250 ml) Hellmann's Real or Light Mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Cream or Leek Soup Mix
- 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Italian Spagetti Sauce

- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 garlic toe (salt)
- 1 tomato juice
- 1 lb ground beef (steak)
- 1 tin tomato past
