  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking soda
  • Crisp
  • 1 3/4 cups (430 ml) quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup (250 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking powder
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) semi salted butter, softened

  • 2 cups of pumpkin pulp purée from a sugar pumpkin* or from canned pumpkin purée
