Spaghetti with Walnuts, Gorgonzola and Sun Dried Tomatoes

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 1/2 cup(s) sun-dried tomatoes packed in extra-virgin olive oil, drained
- 2 clove(s) garlic, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 pound(s) whole-wheat spaghetti
- 1 cup(s) walnut pieces, finely chopped
- 6 ounce(s) Gorgonzola dolce, cut into small pieces, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup(s) flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly-ground pepper, shredded
Tarragon Vinaigrette

Whisk tarragon, vinegar, mustard, oil in small bowl
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon or 1 Tbl fresh
- 2 Tbl tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 C olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 4 Tbl unsalted butter
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbl confectioner's sugar
German Butter Cake

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a deeper baking tray, dust with flour
- some butter for the baking tray
- 250 g heavy cream - 1 cup
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter - 2 sticks
- 1 Package baking powder (.5oz)
- 1 package Dr Oetker Vanilla sugar (.32oz) - How to Make Vanilla Sugar -
- 4 tbsp milk
- 250 g sliced almonds - 8.8oz
- 1 pinch salt
- 400 g flour - 3 1/3 cups
- 300 g sugar - 1 1/2 cups (if you like the cake sweeter use 500g or 2 1/2 cups; the original recipe is using this amount, we find it a bit too sweet)
General Tso's Chicken

Season the chicken with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken (boneless skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup scallions (sliced)
- steamed white jasmine rice (for serving)
- peanut oil (for frying)
- Marinade:
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- Dredge:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or rice flour)
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons gochujang(can sub with siraracha or chili flakes)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 2 oz dried morels
- 8 oz spaghetti
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 pound pancetta, dices
- 1/2 C shallots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- juice of hale a lemon
- 1 Tbl thyme, minced finely
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Crust and Topping:
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
