Combine Orea baking crumbs with melted butter in a 9" pie plate
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Chocolate shavings
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
MAHI-MAHI TACOS

Pico de Gallo: Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl
- Pico de Gallo:
- 5 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, white and light-green parts only, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Crema:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Hot pepper sauce
- Tacos:
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme and kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1lb mahi-mahi fillet
- Vegetable oil (for brushing)
- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
SMOKY BACON & TOMATO BEAN DIP

In a skillet, cook bacon, garlic, onion and sun-dried tomatoes until bacon is crisp; cool to room temperature
- 3 slices Compliments Naturally Smoked Bacon, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Compliments Sundried Tomatoes, blanched and thinly sliced
- 1 can (540 mL) Compliments Six Bean Blend, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup (250 mL) fat-free sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh parsley leaves
- 1/8 tsp (0.5mL) ground cumin
- 1 cup (250 mL) seeded and diced tomato
ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BACON

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 12 Brussels sprouts
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 slices slab bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 block Parmesan cheese
POMEGRANATE MARTINI (Oprah)

Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 oz Absolute Citron vodka or white tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- Cup of ice
- Squeeze of lemon (optional)
PIZZA DOUGH

Combine the water, yeast, sugar and the 3 tbsp olive oil in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook
- Deluxe Meat, Vegetable & Olive Pizza:
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 cups lukewarm (not hot) water
- 2 2 2 tsp instant dry yeast
- 1 1 1 tsp granulate sugar
- 3 3 3 tbsp olive oil, plus some for the bowl and pans
- 3 3 3 cups flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
BERRIES & FRUIT IN CHOCOLATE NESTS

In a bowl carefully combine the chocolate, almonds and noodles
- 100 g chow mein noodles (Farkay noodles)
- 40 g slivered almonds
- 80 g chocolate
- 2 cups fresh berries & fruit
- 1/4 cup whipped cream or custard
SHRIMP & ORZO SALAD

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- For the dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups Greek orzo
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- For the salad:
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 hot banana peppers, thinly sliced
- 5 green onions, both white and green parts, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lb thawed, cooked and peeled cold-water shrimp (150 to 200 count)
- Olive oil for coating
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
