STEAK: In shallow dish or ziplock bag, make Greek Marinade
- STEAK W/FETA:

- 2 lbs boneless sirloin steak, 1" thick or your fav steak
- 2 red onions, cut into 1/2"slices

- GREEK MARINADE:(mix following)
- 1/2 C dry red wine or beef broth
- 1 T packed brown sugar
- 3 T olive or veg. oil
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano leaves
