Apple Dumplings

Apple Bacon Braised Cabbage

- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 2 ounces bourbon

Sweet Potato Home Fries

Directions 1. Peel sweet potatoes and dice finely
- 2 * 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 3 * 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- * dash ground cumin
- * dash ground cinnamon
- 1 * 1 tablespoon lime juice
- * salt and pepper
Greco Apples

Directions 1. Heat the oven to 425ºF/220ºC
- 2 * 2 tablespoons Calvados (optional)
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 Tbsp dark raisins
- 6 * 6 small firm apples, such as Granny Smith
- 2 * 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 * 1 teaspoon sugar
- * A sprinkling of cinnamon
- 4 * 4 heaping Tbsps fresh goat cheese
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 Tbsps pine nuts, toasted
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 Tbsps honey, warmed to runny consistency if necessary
Raspberry Blueberry Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 375 (190 degrees celsius)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons or 112g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups (240g) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups (295mL) drinkable yogurt (plain or vanilla) or buttermilk
- 1 cup (100g) fresh raspberries
- 1 cup (100g) fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar (click here for the recipe, or just sprinkle with granulated sugar)
