Watermelon Salad with Feta Cheese

Directions In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 3 cups (750 ml) watermelon cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) feta cheese drained and cut in 1/4 in. (1 cm) dice
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, without the seeds and cut in 1/4 in. (1 cm) dice
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) roasted, salted Sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Ricotta Fritters with Raisisn and Chocolate

Instructions In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together ricotta and flour
