  • 4 about 4 very ripe bananas, mashed (you should have 1 1/2-1 3/4 cups)
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 generous tsp. vietnamese cinnamon (Optional, recipe didn't call for it but I always add cinnamon to banana cake/bread)
