Mixed Greens & Pear Salad

- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
- 1 large pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing
Almond-Crusted Butter Cake

Preheat oven to 300. Butter a Bundt pan and then evenly coat the sides with the almonds
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, room temp. (plus more for pan)
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 6 eggs, room temp.
- 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or extract)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 and 3/4 c. cake flour
