- 1 pound ziti
- 1 pound fresh ricotta , drained
- 9 fresh basil leaves
- 1 pound low-moisture mozzarella, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup shredded provola
- 5 cups Marinara sauce (See recipe)
Tomato and Goat Cheese Tarts

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium to low heat and add the onions and garlic
- 1 * 1 package (17.3 ounces/2 sheets) puff pastry, defrosted
- * Good olive oil
- 4 * 4 cups thinly sliced yellow onions (2 large onions)
- 3 * 3 large garlic cloves, cut into thin slivers
- * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- (oat, spelt, wheat, rye, quinoa, rice, barley... or a mix thereof)
- 170 - 170 grams (6 ounces, about 1 1/2 cups) nuts and seeds, roughly chopped
- (a mix of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, macadamias, cashews, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds...)
- 2 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil...)
