Chicken Spaghetti #2

Cook and bone 2 or 3 fryers
- 2 or 3 fryers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 green peppers, finely cut
- 2 onions, finely cut
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 8 oz. fresh chopped mushrooms
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes
- green chilies
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 lbs. velveeta cheese
- large package / spaghetti
- 1 package frozen green peas
- small can chopped ripe olives
Chocolate Pots de Creme

Heat the half and half to almost boiling
- 12 cups half and half
- 24 ounces chocolate chips
- 36 yolks eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbs vanilla
Pimento Cheese

Beat with tlectric mixer
- 1 lb. Am. cheese - grated
- 4 sm. pkg. chream cheese
- 2 cans pimento
- 1 cup mayo
- salt
- onion juice
Rib Marinade

Combine the first 4 ingredients
- 2/3 cup Karo dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 2 ? Tab. spoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Cheesy Chili Rice

Melt butter over med heat in a large skillet
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 C. raw rice
- 2 C chicken broth
- 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1 C grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped (optional)

- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 can tomatos
- 1 cup chicken broth
Spicy Mexican Layered Dip

Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish
- 1 can (16oz.) refried beans
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 package (1.25 oz.) mccormick taco seasoning
- shredded cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- sliced green onions
- guacamole
- sliced black olives
- tortilla chips for serving
Grilled Corn Dip

Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally
- 6 medium ears sweet corn, husks removed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
