Sausage Roll

Making baking powder biscuit dough according to package directions
- 2 cups baking powder biscuit mix
- 1 pound sausage meat
Sour Cream Caramel Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 & 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Easy Caramel Icing
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
Strawberry Dip (Heavenly)

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh strawberries
Chicken Casserole

Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped onion and saute just until tender
- 1 small fryer or 4 chicken breasts
- 2 small cans chopped green chillies
- 1 large can canned milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- grated longhorn cheese
- 2 Tbls. butter
- salt, pepper, and garlic salt
- 1 medium bag dorritos
Broiled Salmon with Mustard Dill Sauce

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and season with pepper
- 1/2 c. coarse grained mustard
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh dill, or to taste
Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole

Place chickens in a deep kettle, add water, sherry, salt, curry powder, onion, and celery
- 2 (3 pound) whole broiler-fryer chickens
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 (6 ounce) packages long-grain and wild rice with seasonings
- 3 cup commercial sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounces) can cream of mushroom soup

- 1 lb Cheddar Cheese
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper

Corn Casserole w. Cream Cheese and Green Chilies

Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine and cream cheese in milk until smooth
- 2 T. butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 x 16oz cans whole kernel corn drained
- 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1/4 t salt
- red pepper to taste
- 1/4 t garlic salt
