1. Toss your hashbrowns into the crockpot 2

  • 1 bag of thawed hash browns (cubed kind)
  • 3 cans of chicken broth (mine were the 14.5 oz cans)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 package of 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 bag of frozen veggies (Cauliflowr/Broccoli/Carrots)
  • You can also add half an onion if you like or some chopped celery.
