Sweet Pickles (Dad's Favorite)

Using fresh, firm medium cucumbers, wash and cut into sticks or quarters
- cucumbers
- 3 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. celery
- 4 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 3/4 tsp. mustard seed
Potato Salad

1.Place the eggs into a saucepan in a single layer and fill with water to cover the eggs by 1 inch
- 6 eggs
- 10 red potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch:: All Recipes

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
Jaimie's Crock Pot Potato Soup

1. Toss your hashbrowns into the crockpot 2
- 1 bag of thawed hash browns (cubed kind)
- 3 cans of chicken broth (mine were the 14.5 oz cans)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese
- 1 package of 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 bag of frozen veggies (Cauliflowr/Broccoli/Carrots)
- You can also add half an onion if you like or some chopped celery.
