- 1 1/2 sticks marg

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- (2 T oil on pizza pie)
- 1 1/2 c conf sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c cocoa
Hot Chocolate Cake in Ramekins

Melt chocolate and oil. Whip eggs
- 2 1/2 bars of chocolate
- 1 c oil
- 8 eggs
- 3 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Ramekins
Hot Chocolate Cake in Ramekins II

Melt oil and chocolate. Fill Ramekin half way up and one cube of chocolate in center
- 1 c oil
- 250 g chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c corn flour
- 1/2 c cocoa
Coffee Cookies

Melt margarine and ½ c choc chips
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c chips
- 1 T coffee
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cranberry Maple Muffins

Preheat oven to 400° (200°)
- Icing:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/2 c dried cranberries or cherries or chopped fresh cranberries or 1/2 raisins, chopped
- 1/2 c confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1/4 tsp maple flavoring or vanilla
- 2-3 tsp milk
Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 400° (200°)
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c superfine sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 T grated orange zest
- 3/4 c frozen or fresh blueberries
Good Humor (Parve Ice Cream )

Combine in the food processor the cookies, margarine, and Viennese crunch
- 1 pkg sandwich cookies
- 3/4 sticks margarine
- 9 Viennese crunch
- 2 16 oz containers whip
- 1 pkg chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 16 oz parve milk

Combine ingredients and Bake
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/4 c margarine (2 sticks)
- 100 g walnuts
- vanilla
Vanilla Ice Cream Dessert

Mix and bake for 10 min on a cookie sheet
- Topping:
- Vanilla Ice cream
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 c rice crispies
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 bag crushed pecans
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 c coconut
Mandlebrot

- 1 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c ground nuts
- 3 c flour
- Orange rind
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- Chocolate chips or white chips and almonds
