- 1 head lettuce (Chopped)
- 1 or 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 8 oz pkg Cheddar Cheese
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- l large jar mild Taco Sauce
- 1 small jar hot Taco Sauce
- 1 bottle French Sweet & Spicy Salad Dressing
Sweet, Hot & Sour Meatballs

1. In a large bowl combine egg product, bread crumbs, onion, milk, salt, and pepper
- 1/2 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup apple jelly
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/3 cup whiskey or apple juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
Zucchini Parmesan Bake***

Preheat oven to 350. buter 1 1/2 quart baking dish
- 1 tlb plus 1 tsp butter,divided
- 4 cups sliced zucchini
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Chiffon Egg Custard Cake

Use a 9" square pan ungreased 1
- 4 eggs at room temp, separated
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted (approx 45 seconds in the microwave)
- 3/4 cup flour (I used cake flour)
- 2 cup milk
- Powder sugar for dusting
Broccoli Chowder with Corn and Bacon *

- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cans Chicken Broth (14.5 ounces each)
- 1 large baking potato, peeled and diced
- 1 head broccoli (about 1 pound), cut into bite-size florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup whole milk
- Coarse salt and ground pepper

- 1 cup butter (no substitutes), melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp almond extract

- 1 lb. Butter
- 4 C Flour
- 1 C Cold Water
- - mix like pie crust and let stand overnight in the refridgerator
- {(1.5 C Sugar
- 1.5 C Almond Paste
- - mix until real fine)
- add 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Flavor
- - mix real good let stand over night in fridge}
Best Ever Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 6 thin slices prosciutto (about 4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 2 lemons
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 small carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 medium red sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yelloq sweet pepper, chopped
- 1/2 of a small red onion, chopped
- 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- Romaine lettuce leaves
