- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cans (20 ounces each) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- Orange rind and fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Heat oven to 375° F. Cream the butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed

- 1 cup dark Kayro syrup
- 1 32 ox can of sliced or diced peaches (Drain and save juice)
