Toll House Pie

Preheat oven to 325 F. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
- 1 c toll house morsels
- 9 " unbaked pie shell
Painted Sugar Cookies

In large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, corn syrup, and butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c light corn syrup
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Fugdemallow Candy

Melt chocolate chips & peanut butter together
- 1- 12 oz pkg milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c chunky peanut butter
- 4 c mini marshmallows

- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 lbs sausage or bacon, fried and drained
- 2 c grated cheese
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 8 eggs
- 4 c milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
Black Bean Quesadillas

- 2 corn tortillas
- 2/3 c balck beans, canned
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1 tbsp green onions
- 1 tbsp light sour cream
- 2 tbsp light cheddar cheese, grated
