Blend ingredients in blender
- 15 oz. Ricotta
- 1/2 cup creme de cacoa
- 2 eggs
- 2 T sugar
- 3 T chocolate chips
- 1/8 t salt
- Unbaked pie shell
A Sweet Potato Pie from the First Lady J.R. Brown

Method: Boil potatoes until soft
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Gramma's Bok Choy & Chick'n Salad

1. Chop bok choy into 1 inch pieces; add onions, place in bowl and refrigerate
- 1 medium head organic bok choy, washed, cored and dried
- 1 bunch organic green onions, chopped
- 2 3 oz. packages Nissin Top Ramen Oriental instant noodles (no need to use the flavor packet)
- 2 1/2 oz. organic sesame seeds
- 1 2 oz. package organic sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Garlic powder and salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1 package Gardein Crispy Tenders vegetarian "chick'n", prepared as directed on the package
Bourbon Pound Cake

1. Combine raisins, fruits and bourbon in a medium-sized bowl
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups mixed candied fruits
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 3 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Baked Brie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 (7 to 8 inch) wheel brie cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 sheets (12x18 inch) puff pastry
