Chicken, Potato, and Vegetable Bake

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken and vegetables in large baking dish; drizzle with dressing
- 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 pounds yukon gold potatoes (about 3), peeled, cubed
- 3 carrots (1/2 pound) coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
Sunday Brunch Casserole

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- 1/2 # sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1 can (4-7 oz) green chilies
Bucket of Bran Muffins

Mix all dry ingredients very well in large bowl
- 1-15 oz box raisin bran cereal
- 1-2 cups raisins
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2-3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 quart buttermilk
Ham, Apple, and Cheddar Sliders

Stir relish, mustard, chives, and honey together in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 Tbs grainy mustard
- 1 Tbs thinly sliced fresh chives
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2-1 crisp apple, ie Gala or Pink Lady
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
- 4 ounces thinly sliced Black Forest ham
- 1 1/2 cups baby arugula
Southern Baked Beans

Preheat oven to 350 In dutch oven mix all ingredients except bacon
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 (16 oz) cans pork and beans
- 1-3 Tbl prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbl ketchup
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1/2 # bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Picnic Macaroni Salad

Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 2 Tbs finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp vinegar
Baked Hash Browns

Mix all ingredients but topping together
- Topping:
- 2 packages frozen hash brown potatos
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 12-oz package cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream chicken or celery soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
Cobb Salad Dip

Taste just like the salad only better!
- 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped oven roasted turkey breast
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 2 small plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Wheat thins big snack crackers/Ritz crackers
Elegant Stove Top Stuffing

Quick and easy and a delicious dish for Thanksgiving
- 1 6-oz Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Savory Herb)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 Tbs olive oil
Dirty Rice

Boil giblets in salted water until tender
- 1 # giblets, finely chopped
- 1/2 # pork sausage
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chhopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cups raw rice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
