The Baked Brownie

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
- 11 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (8 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 5 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Preparation 1.Season chicken with pepper and salt on both sides
- •2 5-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and tenders removed (see Tip)
- •1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1 tablespoon canola oil
- •1 medium shallot, minced
- •1 cup thinly sliced shiitake mushroom caps
- •2 tablespoons dry vermouth, or dry white wine
- •1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- •2 tablespoons heavy cream
- •2 tablespoons minced fresh chives, or scallion greens

- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups Grated Carrots

- 1 stick Regular Butter, Softened
- 1 package (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped Finely

Preheat oven to 350. Chop all veggies, add to large bowl and add chicken and cheese
- 1/2 Cup chopped Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup chopped Celery or Brocoli

- 2 c sugar
- 1 can(s) pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp bakibng powder
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c toasted pecans
- 1/2 c raisins (optional)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 TBSP unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 TBLSP heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Mix well and cover over cooled bars
