Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Remove and discard the stem end and string from each sugar snap pod
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Sea salt, for serving
Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

1) Trim asparagus as needed 2) Lay asparagus in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbl good olive oil

Turkey Pan Gravy

1) When roasting the turkey, place turkey on top of chopped onions and roast for 30 minutes
- 4 cups onions, coarsely chopped.
- 1 cup chicken broth.
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups turkey pan juices
- 2 more cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
Baked Parmesan Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 teasp. paprika
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbl milk
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
Reuben Bake

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 1 jar, 28-30 oz Sauerkraut
- 2 12 oz cans Corned Beef, crumbled
- 12 to 18 oz Grated Swiss Cheese
- 6 to 10 pieces Rye Bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 sticks Unsalted butter
- Rye Bread pieces for serving
Chicago Chicken Vesuvio

Preparation: Rinse chicken; pat dry
- Ingredients:
- 3 lb Cut up chicken
- 1/3 c Flour
- 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano
- 3/4 ts Dried leaf oregano
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Dried rosemary; rubbed sage; and thyme
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 3 Baking potatoes; in quarters
- 3 T Fresh parsley; minced
- 3/4 c Dry white wine
- 1 c Fresh or frozen peas;
Garlic Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Directions: Peel each leaf of sprout until only a nubbin is left

- Four slices thick cut bacon (or 8 slicesthin cut)
- 1 Onion, sliced in strips
- 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
