Spaghetti with Lobster & Tomatoes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling bowl
- 2 live lobsters (about a pound each)
- 1 pound ripe tomatoes
- 8 ounces imported spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 heating tbsp capers
- 1 branch basil (5 or 6 leaves), coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet butter
- salt
Loaded Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 425° In a large pot boil water and cook Cauliflower for 8 - 10 minutes, drain and let cool
- 1 large head of Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (approx 6 cups)
- 6-8 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled (Cooked in oven at 400° for 20 mins)
- 6 Tbs chopped Chives
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese ( may use cheddar)
- 8 oz container sliced mushrooms
Easy Dinner Roll Ups

Shake chicken or turkey cutlets in shake and bake
- Chicken or turkey cutlets (one per person)
- Shake & Bake Original Coating Mix
- Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup water
Baked Bacon and Eggs

Place 1 slice of bacon on the bottom of ramekins
- 6 Canadian bacon slices
- 1 1/2 cups aged cheddar, grated
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- English muffins, to serve
BBQ Chicken Pizza

Coat chicken with salad dressing
- 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 each zucchini and onion
- 1 prebaked 10" pizza bread
- 3 cups grated mozzarella or fontina cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Perfect Pasta Dough

Mound flour on work surface; make well in centre
- 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
Sweet Potato Latkes

Combine grated sweet potato, grated zucchini, green onion and seasonings
- 2 cups grated sweet potato (not yam)
- 1 cup grated zucchini ( skin too)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion including white ends
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten
- Refined (expeller pressed) coconut oil
Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter a loaf pan
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/14 cups pure pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Barbecued Pacific Salmon

Cover grate of barbecue with foil
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (2 lb./1 kg), 1 inch thick
Pork Chop Stuffing Bake

Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 can (10 fl oz./284 mL) low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
