1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

- 2 tbsp flour (onion mushroom soup mix instead of mushrooms and flour)

- 4 cans water
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 lemons, cut into 1/4" slices, slices cut in half
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 can (12oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (12oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 3 cups cold water
- 4 cups sprite, chilled
