- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest grated
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup Key lime juice (fresh or bottled)

- 1 cup rice
- 1 15 oz can corn and its liquid
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 pound ground beef (uncooked)
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 slices bacon microwaved for 2 min
Lemon Sauce for Desserts

Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon peel grated
Marinated Carrots

Combine all ingredients. Marinate 3 days ahead in the refrigerator
- 2 16 oz cans whole baby carrots drained
- 1 small green pepper thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup salad oil

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

- 1 large head lettuce shredded
- 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 6 ounce can waterchestnuts sliced
- 1 package Frozen peas
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 pound bacon fried and crumbled
- 4 eggs hardcooked & sliced
- 3 tomatoes sliced
