Roasted Lemon Cod with Sweet Potato Noodles and Garlic Broccolini

- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Madras curry powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric

All of the flavours of a bacon cheeseburger in a salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette!
- For the burger seasoned beef:
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper or steak seasoning to taste
- For the bacon vinaigrette:
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons warm bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

- 1 cup tomato, diced

- 3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 cup marshmallow creme (from 7-oz jar)
