- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup strawberry glaze

Make crust: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375°F
- For crust
- 2 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- For filling
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 5 large eggs
- 1 16-ounce container sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- For topping
- 1/3 cup all-fruit blueberry spread
- 2 6-ounce baskets fresh blueberries or 12-ounce package frozen blueberries, thawed, drained

English Sour Cream Apple Pie

- FILLING:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 sticks sweet butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons ice water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 medium sized tart apples (such as Pink Lady), peeled, cored and sliced thin.
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Pull Apart Dinner Rolls

Place frozen rolls in bottom of geased bundt or tube pan
- 1 Pkg frozen yeast dinner rolls (Rhodes)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 teas. garlic powder
- 1/4 teas. dill
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Black Magic Cake

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or one 13x9x2-inch baking pan
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk*
- 1 cup strong black coffee OR 2 teaspoons powdered
- instant coffee plus 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- To sour milk: Use 1 tablespoon white vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup.
Apple Pork Chops

Use a tart apple in this easy recipe; Granny Smith or Macintosh would work well
- 4 (3/4" thick) boneless pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

- peppermint candies
- 24 small candy cones, of desired
