White wine sauce w/cheese

White Wine Pasta Sauce
- 3 diced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream or half & half
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil and parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 tablespoons of flour for desired thickness
- Mushrooms may also be added
