- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
