Bread Machine White Sandwich Bread

- 1 packet "highly active" active dry yeast; or 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast; or 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 7/8 to 1 1/8 cups lukewarm water*
- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes

Gruyère Cheese Soufflé

- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

- 1 cup cold whole milk

Meyer Lemon Panna Cotta with a Lemon Gelee

- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
- For the Meyer lemon gelee
- 3 Meyer lemons- remove the white membranes and stings to reduce bitterness
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of warm water
- For the caramelised Meyer lemons
- 6 -7 Meyer lemons
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (Cointreau) and/or
- 1 tablespoon limoncello
- or for non-alcoholic use orange blossom water (found in Middle Eastern stores)
