- 1/4 Tsp. Salt

- 4 C Whole Milk
- 7 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 2 1/2 Sticks Butter
- 1 C Frozen Coconut
- 3 C Pecans, chopped
Broccoli-Pea Salad

This is a hearty salad that is good with a large variety of meals
- 1 8 oz. Pkg of Frozen Peas, Thawed
- 1 Medium Head of Cauliflower, Chopped
- 1 Bunch of Broccoli, Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper, Chopped
- 4 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 1/2 Cup Mayo or Miracle Whip
- 3/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Slices of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
- 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
