  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips or chunks, melted
  • Espresso Icing
  • 2 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar or glazing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
