Asian Chicken and Cabbage

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
- 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups packaged coleslaw
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Blueberry Pie

This blueberry pie recipe is adapted from one that was featured on Martha Stewart's "Living" television show
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- Pate Brisee
- 8 cups (about 4 pints) blueberries, picked over
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini Recipe

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- 2 parts RumChata Cream Liqueur
- 1 part vanilla vodka
- 1 part pumpkin liqueur*
- Grated cinnamon for garnish
- Can use 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pie filling.

To keep burgers juicy, resist the urge to press patties down during grilling
- 1 1/2 pounds (4 to 5) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into rough chunks
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger (from a peeled 2-inch piece)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
