Broiled Asparagus with Lemon Tarragon

Toss asparagus with 4 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 4 tsp olive oil+ 1 tsp olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
Brussel Sprouts and Shallots

- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, divided
- 1/2 pound shallots, thinly sliced
- Coarse kosher salt

- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup water

- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- freshly grated romano
Jello Shots

Boil water and mix all together
- 1 small packet of Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup liquor
Toasted Ravioli

Mix water with eggs. Mix italian seasoning and garlic salt with the bread crumbs and set aside
- 16 oz of ravioli
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs, plain
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 cups olive oil
Greek Chicken

Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag and marinade for minimum 3 hours
- 1 - 8 oz of fat free plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup feta with basil and sun-dried tomato
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed dried rosemary
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 large red onion cut into wedges
- 1 large green pepper

Mix butter, sugars until creamy add eggs and vanilla add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt add oats and raisins
- 1/2 cup plus 6 tbsp butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups quaker oats
- 1 cup raisins

- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
