  • Ingredients:
  • 3-4 loaves of dried bread
  • Turkey neck & giblets if desired
  • Turkey drippings
  • 1/2 - 1 bunch of celery (cubed)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Sage to taste (quite a bit actually)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk (mix with eggs)
  • Day or two before:
  • Lay bread out to dry turning over occasionally.
  • When dry break bread into small pieces, omit heels.
