- Cinnamon Roll Filling:
- Basic Sweet Dough (for cinnamon rolls or sticky buns)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, warm to 110 degrees
- 6 Tablespoons (3/4stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

- 4 1/4 cups (21 1/4 oz.) all purpose flour
